Who is billed?
Active students at ₹5/month and active staff (admin, teacher, receptionist) at ₹10/month. The director (owner) is not billed.
Can I run both a school and coaching?
Each institute picks one mode at registration. Owners can add and switch between multiple institutes from one account.
Is there a mobile app?
VidyaTrack is mobile-responsive web today. Native apps are on the roadmap; install as PWA is planned.
How do parents access results and fees?
Student portal at your institute login page — parent email and portal password set by the institute.
What happens after I request a demo?
We contact you within 1–2 business days with a walkthrough and demo credentials for school or coaching mode.
Is online fee payment included?
Fee recording, receipts, and reminders are live. Parent payment gateway (Razorpay) is in progress — cash/UPI is recorded in-app today.
